Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols is the daughter of Alison and James Nichols. Nichols has English, French Canadian, German, Irish, Italian and Scottish ancestry. She attended and completed her studies at Cony High School in Augusta and took part in the high-jump competition. She attended Columbia University in New York City and eventually graduated with a double major in math and economics. She started modeling and launched an impressive career in modeling, working for prestigious brands like Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch or L'Oreal. Rachel began acting and was offered a part on the HBO situation comedy Sex and the City (1998) at her very first audition. Her first film role was Jessica Matthews in Dumb and Dumberer: How Harry Met Lloyd (2003). Success continued with the roles she played in films such as The Amityville Horror (2005), The Inside (2005), Alias (2001), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009), Criminal Minds (2005) (a regular role as FBI Agent Ashley Seaver) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University, where she earned a double degree in economics and maths. was her lead role in the role of Kiera Cameron (police officer) in the science-fiction series Continuum (2012). She was married to Michael Kershaw, a real estate developer, on the night of December 30th in 2013. She is a natural blonde.
